The Production Associate will build sandwiches and other food products on a moving conveyor belt, ensuring proper weights and following instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee production line and packaging activities to meet staffing, throughput, quality, and safety targets. Train and cross-train associates, monitor OEE/RedZone metrics, handle ERP/X3 labor and COGS entries, address non-conformances, coordinate packaging/pallet configurations, support troubleshooting and rework, and ensure GMP and food safety compliance.

Manage and support capital and process improvement projects from design through start-up across plants. Plan schedules, budgets, equipment specs, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements. Travel to sites (~50%) and ensure GMP and food safety training and compliance.
