Leads plant manufacturing operations across multiple shifts, managing teams, performance metrics, cost control, safety, quality, sanitation, and continuous improvement. Partners with cross-functional departments to improve productivity and accountability, supports food safety initiatives, and develops associates. Requires manufacturing leadership experience in USDA-inspected facilities, knowledge of food processing and sanitation, and proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Statistical Process Control.

Supports daily plant HR operations, including staffing, onboarding, employee records, payroll and timecard review, leave administration, benefits communication, policy guidance, employee relations, investigations, and HRIS updates. Partners with managers, employees, and temporary staffing suppliers while maintaining confidentiality, compliance, and accurate documentation. The role also supports organizational development, employee engagement, retention, and food safety training in a manufacturing environment.

The Production Associate will build sandwiches and other food products on a moving conveyor belt, ensuring proper weights and following instructions in a fast-paced environment.
