The Production Associate will build sandwiches and other food products on a moving conveyor belt, ensuring proper weights and following instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and support capital and process improvement projects from design through start-up across plants. Plan schedules, budgets, equipment specs, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements. Travel to sites (~50%) and ensure GMP and food safety training and compliance.

The Manufacturing Manager provides leadership for production and sanitation functions, manages operations, and ensures quality and food safety standards are met.
