Manage and support capital and process improvement projects from design through start-up across plants. Plan schedules, budgets, equipment specs, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements. Travel to sites (~50%) and ensure GMP and food safety training and compliance.

The Production Associate will build sandwiches and other food products on a moving conveyor belt, ensuring proper weights and following instructions in a fast-paced environment.

The QA Lead ensures product quality and food safety by guiding technicians, monitoring compliance with GMPs and HACCP, analyzing quality data, and training staff. Responsibilities include examining processes, documenting issues, and performing QA duties as needed.
