Provides customer service and rental sales support while managing vehicle readiness, inventory, service coordination, cleanliness, routine checks, driving, and staging. Maintains accurate fleet and customer records, collaborates across teams, and supports efficient daily rental operations. Requires flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Build and operate production machine learning models and optimization algorithms for demand forecasting, shift planning, and staffing optimization. Develop scalable MLOps infrastructure, deployment foundations, data pipelines, monitoring, and logging. Partner with Workforce Management teams to turn operational challenges into data-driven solutions while automating and improving the data science technology stack.

Provides customer service throughout vehicle rentals, explains vehicle options and add-ons, supports sales, manages fleet readiness and inventory, coordinates with service partners, performs vehicle checks and cleaning, drives and stages vehicles, and maintains operational records. Requires flexibility for varied shifts and strong teamwork in a fast-paced rental environment.
