Build and deploy frontend features for SIXT’s checkout platform using React and Redux. Translate ambiguous product needs into testable specifications, use AI coding assistants responsibly, review and debug production changes, create reusable components, integrate backend and third-party systems, and communicate technical trade-offs with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.

Lead SIXT’s B2B telesales Hunting team in Lisbon, driving new corporate-client acquisition and sustainable revenue growth. Define prospecting and pipeline strategies, monitor KPIs, coach 3–5 sales agents, and optimize telephone sales performance. Analyze market and competitor trends, use Genesys, Salesforce, and AWS to improve productivity, and contribute to strategic expansion plans. Fluency in French and English is required.

Develop and operate scalable backend services in Go for financial risk steering and decision-making workflows. Design cloud-based distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven platforms while collaborating with data scientists and ML engineers to deliver ML-powered products. Participate in code reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing, and business-focused technical discussions with Risk, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
