Serve as the first point of contact for customers, driving sales through tailored offers, handling rental agreements and damage confirmations, managing vehicle deliveries/collections, assisting with refuelling, and preparing/valeting vehicles while maintaining high service standards.

Serve as branch's first customer contact, handle rental agreements, sales and enquiries, manage vehicle deliveries/collections, confirm damage with customers, assist refuelling and vehicle valeting, and uphold high customer service standards while meeting sales targets and supporting branch operations.

Build and maintain high-performance backend services for booking, dispatch, and trip management. Design scalable, event-driven microservices, integrate message brokers (Kafka), collaborate across teams, and embed AI-assisted development tools into engineering workflows.
