Own and build warehouse operations for a specialty distribution business, including inbound receiving, sorting, grading, inventory entry, storage, cycle counting, wholesale fulfillment, and e-commerce shipping. Develop SOPs, implement a warehouse management system, redesign workflows and warehouse layout, establish operating KPIs, and lead the transition to high-mix individual-unit fulfillment.
