Lead finance transformation from QuickBooks to an audit-ready multi-entity ERP, own month-end and project accounting, manage inventory and fixed-asset capitalization, drive audit readiness (including federal contract audits), run multi-entity reconciliations, manage outsourced accounting partners, and build an internal finance team.

Sell defense-focused data, analytics, and software to DoD and federal civilian customers. Prospect, conduct discovery, deliver pitches, develop business cases, support pipeline progression, and collaborate with senior sales leaders in a team-selling model. Participate in formal onboarding and sales training.

Implement and configure a defense-focused analytics platform for Navy strategic programs. Use SQL/Python/R for data integration, produce visualizations and quantitative reports, train users, present findings to government stakeholders, and support product adoption. Requires domain knowledge of naval strategic programs and active Secret clearance. Frequent travel (up to 75%) and collaboration with product and engagement teams.
