Leads deployment, onboarding, implementation, training, and adoption of a data and analytics platform for Air Force and government customers. Builds trusted relationships with military and civilian leaders, translates operational needs into solutions, coordinates with Product and Engineering, develops success plans, and supports renewals, expansion, pilots, and strategic engagements. Requires substantial travel and Air Force or Space Force experience in logistics, sustainment, planning, force management, or mission execution.

Sources and engages passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, outbound messaging, phone calls, and screening conversations. Reviews candidate qualifications against technical and operational requirements, maintains accurate records in Greenhouse ATS, and prepares candidate summaries and scorecards for recruiting leads and clients. The role requires high-volume outreach, pipeline development, and recruiting support for US-based organizations.

Build and own the company’s first technical recruiting function. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, outbound sourcing, cleared talent pipeline development, technical candidate assessment, offer negotiation and closing, Ashby administration, referrals, employer branding, and process improvement across engineering, product, operations, security, and go-to-market roles.
