Establish systems engineering baselines for four PNT hardware product lines transitioning from prototypes to production. Own requirements analysis, Systems Engineering Plans, requirements traceability and verification matrices, interface control documents, trade studies, thermal analysis, risk assessment, and technical direction. The role requires embedded electronics knowledge across RF, power, connectors, and data interfaces, plus experience applying MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-810 to shipped hardware. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance are required.

Runs a new Las Vegas manufacturing floor supporting three defense hardware product lines and LRIP commitments. Responsibilities include building production scheduling and work-order systems, hiring and training technicians, assigning labor and shifts, tracking metrics, defining inspection and acceptance processes, managing nonconformances and corrective actions, outfitting the facility, enforcing safety and work standards, and supervising production personnel. Requires extensive electronics or precision hardware production leadership, facility start-up experience, U.S. citizenship, and clearance eligibility.

Leads a two-year defense hardware production-line stand-up program, transitioning three PNT product lines from partner-built prototypes to client-owned full-rate production. Owns the integrated master schedule, contract deliverables, subcontractor coordination, configuration control, cost and staffing, monthly reporting, and risk management. Interfaces directly with the Government COR and coordinates board assembly, design transfer, procurement, and manufacturing infrastructure activities across Las Vegas and Northern Virginia.
