Owns end-to-end execution of signed Homeland Security customer contracts, serving as the primary delivery contact. Coordinates supply chain, finance, engineering, training, equipment movement, invoicing, and commercial administration without direct authority. Identifies and resolves delivery obstacles proactively while ensuring customer satisfaction and uncovering follow-on business opportunities. Requires DHS component experience and strong cross-functional communication skills.

Owns end-to-end execution of defense-technology contracts for the U.S. Marine Corps, serving as the primary customer contact through delivery. Coordinates supply chain, finance, engineering, training, equipment movement, invoicing, and issue resolution without direct authority. The role also identifies follow-on business opportunities. Candidates need operational Marine Corps experience with acquisition, fielding, new equipment training, logistics, sustainment, and property accountability processes.

Owns end-to-end government billing and accounts receivable across DoD, federal civilian, foreign/FMS, and state and local customers. Prepares and submits compliant invoices through WAWF/PIEE and other portals, monitors payment status, resolves rejections and delays, manages collections and reconciliations, maintains routing and registration data, supports audits and month-end close, and improves billing procedures. Partners with contracts, program management, and accounting to ensure accurate, timely payment and contract closeout.
