Designs and delivers scalable Salesforce features using Apex and Lightning Web Components. Responsibilities include architecting reusable components, building inbound and outbound integrations, optimizing database performance, applying asynchronous patterns, writing technical design documents, and maintaining high code quality. The role partners with Product, QA, and DevOps, independently manages project scope, supports customer-focused solutions, mentors developers, participates in code reviews, and leads engineering improvements and technical initiatives.

Lead and transform a global Technical Account Management organization into a proactive, strategic customer-partnership function. The Senior Salesforce Administrator designs and delivers scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative configuration, advanced Flow automation, AI systems, data models, security architectures, and Apex diagnostics. The role includes technical discovery, architecture reviews, customer advisory, requirements gathering, solution blueprinting, technical debt remediation, and end-to-end project ownership. The administrator collaborates with developers and QA teams, manages multiple concurrent projects, communicates technical risks, and supports enterprise-grade hybrid code and declarative implementations.

Designs, configures, and maintains scalable Salesforce and Sitetracker solutions, including fault-tolerant Flows, security architectures, AI configurations, data transformations, and modular automations. Translates customer requirements into technical specifications, troubleshoots Apex and platform issues, manages concurrent implementation and support work, trains users, and leads smaller implementations through deployment and go-live.

Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of recurring client service engagements. Lead client meetings, manage backlogs and competing priorities, gather requirements, identify operational gaps, and translate business needs into Sitetracker configurations. Apply Salesforce concepts to troubleshoot platform issues, improve adoption, maintain service velocity, and build trusted customer relationships. Proactively develop future work opportunities while creating scalable delivery practices and client-facing materials.

Owns day-to-day delivery for a portfolio of recurring client service engagements. Leads client meetings, gathers requirements, manages backlogs and priorities, identifies operational gaps, and translates business needs into Sitetracker configurations using Salesforce concepts. The role independently manages multiple accounts, drives platform adoption, resolves standard issues, maintains service velocity, builds future work pipelines, and develops trusted client relationships with minimal oversight.

Own and grow Sitetracker’s strategic enterprise sales territory across the Middle East. Develop territory and account strategies, build pipeline, win complex SaaS deals, and guide executive stakeholders through high-value buying processes. Sell AI-enabled infrastructure lifecycle management solutions to telecom, energy, and adjacent infrastructure companies. Lead cross-functional deal teams, apply MEDDPICC methodology, build ROI cases, and achieve new-logo and ARR targets.

Plan and execute phased Salesforce managed-package upgrades across sandbox, UAT, and production environments. Validate configurations, permissions, backups, metadata, and data before and after upgrades; coordinate UAT handoffs, smoke testing, governance checkpoints, and customer communications. Troubleshoot regressions and upgrade issues while building reusable scripts, automated validation, regression tests, and AI-assisted workflows to make platform upgrades more predictable, scalable, and efficient.
