The role involves driving enterprise sales in the DACH territory, building relationships with prospective customers, and navigating complex buying journeys for SaaS solutions, specifically in telecom and energy sectors.

Lead discovery and requirements gathering for Salesforce projects: run workshops, produce process flows and user stories with acceptance criteria, manage requirement-to-build traceability, support system and UAT testing, and collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, and PMs to drive delivery.

Serve as a bilingual (Spanish & Italian) strategic Technical Account Manager for Sitetracker's largest EMEA customers, combining consulting, technical solution leadership, change management, and value realization to drive adoption, retention, and services growth while influencing executive and operational stakeholders.
