Manage a portfolio of 30–35 B2B SaaS customers across North America, driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Develop success plans, monitor health and usage data, identify risks, deliver business reviews, and create scalable engagement strategies. Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Product while maintaining accurate Salesforce records. Professional English and Spanish fluency is essential.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator designs and delivers scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative configuration, advanced Flow automation, AI systems, data models, security architectures, and Apex diagnostics. The role includes technical discovery, architecture reviews, customer advisory, requirements gathering, solution blueprinting, technical debt remediation, and end-to-end project ownership. The administrator collaborates with developers and QA teams, manages multiple concurrent projects, communicates technical risks, and supports enterprise-grade hybrid code and declarative implementations.

Designs, configures, and maintains scalable Salesforce and Sitetracker solutions, including fault-tolerant Flows, security architectures, AI configurations, data transformations, and modular automations. Translates customer requirements into technical specifications, troubleshoots Apex and platform issues, manages concurrent implementation and support work, trains users, and leads smaller implementations through deployment and go-live.
