Generate new business, manage accounts, drive customer expansion and onboarding, support RFIs/RFPs and contracting, forecast revenue in CRM, collaborate cross-functionally, attend conferences, and mentor account teams to meet sales and CSAT goals.

Lead customer success for Sitero's eClinical and clinical services: manage a territory to generate new business, drive account expansion and renewals, oversee onboarding and implementation, collaborate cross-functionally, manage finances and contracts, forecast revenue in CRM, handle escalations, collect CSAT, and represent the company at conferences.
