Design, develop, and maintain automated UI, API, integration, and performance tests using Playwright and TypeScript. Build reusable framework components, integrate tests into GitLab CI, execute load/stress tests with tools like k6/JMeter, analyze performance bottlenecks, ensure GxP/21 CFR Part 11/CSV compliance, and act as automation SME within Agile product teams to improve test coverage and release readiness.

Lead Sitero's enterprise architecture and AI development strategy across clinical research products. Chair the Architecture Review Board, define architecture standards and ADRs, govern AI tooling adoption, drive CI/CD and AI-assisted development, ensure compliance (GxP, SOC 2, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11), run architecture audits, build an architecture team, and promote engineering best practices and modernization.

Lead enterprise architecture and AI-enabled development strategy across Sitero's regulated clinical products. Chair the Architecture Review Board, define standards, govern AI tooling adoption, oversee cloud-native architecture, ensure compliance (GxP, SOC 2, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11), build an architecture team, and drive engineering modernization, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development practices.
