Lead product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management for Sitero’s eClinical and eCompliance platforms. Own the multi-year roadmap, manage product teams, drive AI/ML adoption, engage customers and advisory boards, monitor competitors, support commercial activities, and ensure regulatory compliance across global markets.

Designs, builds, and deploys scalable AI applications using AWS Bedrock, foundation models, prompt orchestration, APIs, microservices, and RAG pipelines. Optimizes inference performance and costs, integrates enterprise data, develops AI agents, collaborates with product teams, and mentors junior engineers. The role also requires cloud-native architecture, secure software development, and modern DevOps practices.

Lead and maintain CI/CD, multi-cloud (Azure + AWS) infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, observability, security/compliance, and release engineering. Drive automation, FinOps, DR, DevSecOps, on-call incident response, and mentor junior engineers to improve reliability across regulated SaaS products.
