Lead commercial growth for Sitero's clinical and eClinical services across an East Coast territory. Generate new business, manage accounts, drive customer expansion and onboarding, support RFIs/RFPs and contracting, forecast revenue in CRM, collaborate cross-functionally, attend conferences, and mentor account teams to meet sales and CSAT goals.

Lead and maintain CI/CD, multi-cloud (Azure + AWS) infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, observability, security/compliance, and release engineering. Drive automation, FinOps, DR, DevSecOps, on-call incident response, and mentor junior engineers to improve reliability across regulated SaaS products.

Lead TMF/eTMF quality checks, conduct site-level GCP audits, identify and manage CAPAs, support inspection readiness and QMS training, assess regulatory impacts, and advise on SOP and GCP questions.
