Creates logistics and phasing plans, coordinates with contractors and site teams, establishes deployment standards, manages cross-functional implementation, analyzes safety metrics, and supports post-deployment optimization. The role also oversees compliance, safety technology initiatives, reporting, customer engagement, and development of scalable playbooks for future team members.

Own strategic enterprise customer accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build executive relationships, lead QBRs, manage account health, coordinate internal teams, standardize deployments, support training and adoption, resolve complex challenges, and represent customer needs internally. The role also drives renewals, expansion opportunities, case studies, and executive advocacy across construction and data center customers, with travel to customer sites up to 25%.
