Owns nationwide payroll operations, including multi-state tax compliance, wage and hour compliance, payroll controls, vendor governance, systems configuration, reporting, reconciliations, audits, and final payroll approval. Leads the payroll team, manages ADP and related integrations, oversees regulatory filings and notices, and drives automation, process improvement, and internal control effectiveness for a large hourly workforce.

Provides operational and leadership support across multiple construction-related projects in a region. Responsibilities include launching new sites, supporting underperforming or transitioning projects, overseeing smaller sites, coordinating ACO II teams, mentoring site leaders, conducting audits, managing staffing transitions, developing corrective action plans, and engaging customers and stakeholders. The role requires frequent field leadership, operational oversight, performance management, and collaboration with recruiting, HR, and regional leadership.

Own strategic enterprise customer accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build executive relationships, lead QBRs, manage account health, coordinate internal teams, standardize deployments, support training and adoption, resolve complex challenges, and represent customer needs internally. The role also drives renewals, expansion opportunities, case studies, and executive advocacy across construction and data center customers, with travel to customer sites up to 25%.
