Leads onsite Sitemetric service delivery and customer workflows at construction jobsites. Coordinates with owners, contractors, subcontractors, workers, and internal teams to ensure safety, security, quality, timeline, and customer success objectives. Resolves operational challenges, maintains stakeholder relationships, communicates priorities, and supports innovation and technology adoption across construction environments. The role requires flexible onsite hours, leadership, strong communication, adaptability, and an active state Guard Card.

Leads the accounting function for a high-growth, private equity-backed technology and services company. Owns financial close and reporting, cash management, controls, audit, tax, equity compensation, payroll oversight, financial systems, and automation. Partners with the CFO and FP&A on forecasting, commercial analysis, and financial intelligence. Builds and develops the accounting team while improving processes, systems, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Supports full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, applicant tracking, candidate engagement, employer branding, talent reporting, and hiring compliance. Partners with hiring managers and People Team stakeholders to maintain candidate pipelines, ensure accurate talent data, communicate with candidates and field partners, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
