Oversee regional technical operations and teams responsible for biodigester installations. Manage field offices, installation quality, technical training, large installation programs, health and safety, technical KPIs, quality audits, cross-functional collaboration, and hiring of technical staff. The role requires a technical education, field-operations management experience, strong planning and communication skills, and proficiency with office, database, and business management software.

Lead partnership development and fundraising by identifying corporates, foundations, agencies and public institutions; manage partner pipeline, develop proposals with cross-functional teams, steward relationships, support reporting and renewals, represent Sistema.bio at events, and build cross‑sector collaborations to scale impact.

Manage vendor coordination, production planning, BOM and SAP master data for smart meter manufacturing. Maintain PPC schedules, support export logistics and shipping documentation, qualify local vendors, implement ECNs with engineering, develop SOPs and process documentation, and ensure test rigs and assembly fixtures are production-ready.
