The People Business Partner supports country-level HR strategy and operations across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include legal compliance, payroll, onboarding, audits, performance management, engagement, retention, exits, policy development, employee and manager training, internal communications, culture initiatives, People data reporting, and administration of BambooHR. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and fluent English; Hindi and recruitment experience are preferred or beneficial.

Lead partnership development and fundraising by identifying corporates, foundations, agencies and public institutions; manage partner pipeline, develop proposals with cross-functional teams, steward relationships, support reporting and renewals, represent Sistema.bio at events, and build cross‑sector collaborations to scale impact.

Manage vendor coordination, production planning, BOM and SAP master data for smart meter manufacturing. Maintain PPC schedules, support export logistics and shipping documentation, qualify local vendors, implement ECNs with engineering, develop SOPs and process documentation, and ensure test rigs and assembly fixtures are production-ready.
