Own the full technical sales cycle for SirenOpt’s manufacturing intelligence platform, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and close. Translate customer needs into technical requirements, shape deployment solutions with engineering teams, maintain CRM forecasts, and provide market feedback to product and leadership. The role targets industrial, research, and operational customers and includes occasional travel for meetings, demonstrations, and deployments.

Manage strategic customer accounts and lead complex implementation and delivery projects from kickoff through completion. Develop plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies while coordinating Product, Engineering, Data Science, Support, and customer teams. Monitor progress, manage changes, facilitate governance and executive reviews, drive adoption, gather feedback, and identify future engagement opportunities.

Develop algorithms and end-to-end modeling pipelines that transform multimodal plasma and process sensor data into material fingerprints, metrics, and alerts. Design automated experiments integrating plasma hardware, robotics, sensing, and data capture. Validate and monitor models, detect data artifacts and drift, and support deployment across edge, host, and cloud systems. Collaborate with engineering teams and communicate results to technical and nontechnical stakeholders in laboratory and industrial environments.

Own the end-to-end software product experience for an industrial manufacturing intelligence platform. Conduct field research, map workflows, prototype in Figma, test with users, simplify complex analytics, and define intuitive hardware-software experiences. Partner with engineering, data science, machine learning, commercial teams, and product leadership to prioritize Jira workstreams, shape roadmaps, and translate customer needs into shipped product decisions.

Establish and scale quality systems across hardware, firmware, and software products. Lead verification and validation, quality testing, traceability, process validation, statistical analysis, root cause investigations, CAPA, risk assessments, documentation, audit readiness, manufacturing transfer, and new product introduction from concept through commercial release.

Design, develop, and optimize high-performance C++ systems software for Linux-based manufacturing intelligence platforms. Build multithreaded and asynchronous architectures, profile performance, debug software-hardware issues, maintain Python tooling, and collaborate with firmware, hardware, and application teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Own the architecture, integration, validation, and deployment of a plasma-based sensing platform for advanced manufacturing. Lead experimentation, data analysis, trade studies, root-cause investigations, and cross-disciplinary issue resolution across mechanical, electrical, software, and experimental domains. Establish technical documentation and traceability practices, incorporate customer feedback into system evolution, and support customer-site installation and upgrades. The role requires hands-on systems engineering in ambiguous, early-stage R&D environments with approximately 10–15% domestic and international travel.
