Own the full technical sales cycle for SirenOpt’s manufacturing intelligence platform, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and close. Translate customer needs into technical requirements, shape deployment solutions with engineering teams, maintain CRM forecasts, and provide market feedback to product and leadership. The role targets industrial, research, and operational customers and includes occasional travel for meetings, demonstrations, and deployments.

Manage strategic customer accounts and lead complex implementation and delivery projects from kickoff through completion. Develop plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies while coordinating Product, Engineering, Data Science, Support, and customer teams. Monitor progress, manage changes, facilitate governance and executive reviews, drive adoption, gather feedback, and identify future engagement opportunities.
