The Lead Software Engineer will design and improve subsystems for manufacturing intelligence, mentor team members, and ensure high standards in development and project management.

Lead development and implementation of quality systems, manage QMS documentation, ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and maintain supplier quality standards. Drive continuous improvement and support quality culture across the organization.

Provide executive and company-wide administrative support: manage complex calendars, arrange domestic and international travel, draft executive communications, coordinate meetings and events, handle expense reporting, maintain files in Microsoft 365 and Confluence, support office operations, and respond to ad hoc requests across the organization.
