Lead all-up-round testing for tactical solid rocket motor propulsion systems, including warhead and ESAD integration, static-fire and flight test execution, instrumentation, data review, anomaly investigations, and formal reporting. Coordinate government range authorities, safety organizations, logistics, airspace requirements, and test approvals. Manage explosive-material handling, hazardous shipping documentation, chain of custody, and compliance with DoD, ATF, DDESB, DOT, and applicable STANAG requirements.

Own the low-level software stack for NVIDIA Orin NX flight computers. Responsibilities include building reproducible NixOS images, optimizing Linux systems for reliable flight operations, integrating GPU, camera, telemetry, and real-time components, developing secure updates and observability tools, debugging kernel and hardware issues, and supporting embedded Linux CI and simulation pipelines.

Owns manufacturing process integrity from prototype through full-rate production. Develops workflows, tooling, fixtures, assembly aids, and build documentation; supports hands-on production builds; partners with design engineers and contract manufacturers; leads root cause analyses and CAPAs; and applies DFM/DFA and reliability practices to improve quality, safety, efficiency, and repeatability in aerospace and defense hardware.

Develop real-time target tracking, state estimation, and multi-sensor fusion software for embedded autonomous and airborne systems. Implement EKF, UKF, particle filters, IMM estimators, track management, data association, and asynchronous sensor integration. Optimize low-latency C++ software for NVIDIA Jetson-class hardware, integrate computer vision pipelines, validate estimators through simulation and replay, and collaborate with perception, guidance, autonomy, and controls teams.

Owns daily accounting and finance operations, including QuickBooks and Ramp administration, reconciliations, transaction integrity, project accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting. Maintains financial master data, resolves system and mapping errors, supports ERP evaluation and migration, and develops accounting procedures and controls. The role also supports accounts payable, accruals, fixed assets, budgeting, and project cost allocation.

Design, prototype, analyze, and test aerospace rocket and missile structures, mechanisms, electromechanical hardware, and vehicle components. Own products from concept through integrated testing and manufacturing, perform hand calculations and computational analysis, optimize designs for harsh environmental and dynamic conditions, iterate manufacturing and testing processes, and lead reviews and trade studies with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Owns pricing development for proposals, ROMs, budgetary estimates, and customer submissions. Builds pricing models using labor, BOM, production, payment, and contract inputs; supports hardware, NRE, integration, sustainment, spares, training, and delivery pricing. Coordinates assumptions across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, BD, and contracts while tracking margins, risks, cash timing, and cost drivers. Prepares pricing narratives, basis-of-estimate documentation, internal reviews, and maintains version control.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across software, hardware, design, electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineering. Partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, build talent pipelines, deliver strong candidate experiences, track recruiting metrics, and monitor market compensation trends.

Design, develop, optimize, integrate, and test embedded software for aerospace fault detection, guidance, navigation, and flight control systems. Responsibilities include real-time performance optimization, hardware and software interface configuration, driver implementation, module through system-level testing, software architecture for a greenfield platform, and contributions to computer vision software.

Manage procure-to-pay activities, sourcing execution, supplier coordination, purchase orders, expediting, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance. Support RFP/RFQ processes, cost analysis, ERP/MRP data accuracy, material-flow planning, and cross-functional production schedules. Ensure procurement compliance with ITAR, DFARS, and FAR while improving processes, documentation, reporting, and scalability across engineering and manufacturing operations.

Senior propulsion engineer responsible for tactical solid rocket motor ballistic performance modeling, structural and thermal analysis, testing, characterization, and validation. Leads anomaly investigations, performance trade studies, technical data submissions, safety and regulatory compliance activities, and technical leadership for composite propellant programs. Provides mentorship, supports manufacturing and quality improvements, contributes to technology roadmaps and proposals, and serves as a technical authority from formulation through full-scale testing.

Leads GNC engineering for missile systems across architecture, development, integration, flight testing, production, and sustainment. Oversees guidance laws, autopilot design, navigation filtering, simulations, seeker and propulsion integration, HIL/SIL testing, telemetry analysis, anomaly resolution, compliance, staffing, budgets, subcontractors, and schedules. Requires deep missile or high-speed flight GNC expertise, engineering leadership, and an active Secret clearance.

Lead development of high-fidelity 6-DOF flight and physics simulations for missile flight, guidance, navigation, and control validation. Build real-time physics integrations, Monte Carlo and hardware-in-the-loop testing, closed-loop infrastructure, sensor models, scenario tools, visualization, and performance-analysis systems. Ensure simulation fidelity, determinism, and performance across varied operating conditions while collaborating with flight software, autonomy, and hardware teams.

Lead development of high-fidelity six-degree-of-freedom flight and physics simulations for missile guidance, navigation, and control validation. Build real-time physics, sensor emulation, Monte Carlo, hardware-in-the-loop, and closed-loop testing infrastructure. Develop scenario authoring, visualization, and performance-analysis tools while ensuring simulation fidelity, performance, and determinism. Collaborate with flight software, autonomy, and hardware teams to validate systems against real-world constraints.
