Own the complete finance function and partner with the CEO across fundraising, debt financing, budgeting, cash management, government contract finance, unit economics, financial controls, and production scaling. Lead burn, runway, forecasting, diligence, investor and board reporting, cap table administration, and finance team development. Build the infrastructure and financial roadmap required to move an aerospace and defense hardware business from initial contracts through mass production and cash-flow positivity.

Own and develop quality systems for aerospace and defense manufacturing, including inspection processes, NCR and CAPA management, FAI per AS9102, acceptance testing, FMEA, corrective actions, supplier quality, engineering change reviews, quality metrics, and internal audits. Collaborate across engineering, production, and supply chain teams to establish procedures, control plans, inspection criteria, and production quality controls for integrated mechanical, electrical, software, and propulsion products.

Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to C-suite executives through calendar and email management, scheduling, travel coordination, meeting preparation, correspondence, stakeholder liaison, confidential information handling, project follow-up, event and board meeting support, and administrative process improvement.
