On-board and train new customers, manage customer relationships and inquiries via calls and email, resolve billing and account issues, coordinate new customer starts, and demonstrate product value through excellent customer support.

Build and optimize scalable web applications and services within cross-discipline Agile teams. Participate in design, benchmarking, code reviews, and implement RESTful APIs using Python and modern web frameworks.
