Manage a portfolio of complex 33–132kV energy infrastructure projects from award through completion. Own programme, scope, resources, quality, budgets, profitability, P&L, forecasting, governance, risk, change control, and customer relationships. Coordinate Commercial, Design, Supply Chain, and delivery teams while ensuring safety, quality, sustainability, and timely execution. Attend UK sites as needed, resolve issues, improve efficiency, provide lessons learned, and mentor project management colleagues.

Develops new business and expands existing accounts in the UK data centre sector. Responsibilities include identifying leads, maintaining the sales pipeline and CRM, researching markets, attending industry events, contacting prospects, negotiating contracts, managing handovers, building client relationships, delivering presentations, pursuing strategic targets, and preparing monthly sales reports. Requires knowledge of the UK energy, ICP, DNO, IDNO, EV, electrical distribution, O&M, and contract management sectors.

Coordinates temporary works across multiple construction projects, maintaining registers and documentation, reviewing designs, arranging approvals and inspections, and ensuring compliance with BS5975, CDM regulations, HSQE standards, and safe systems of work. The role liaises with designers and site teams, provides technical support, delivers briefings, verifies temporary works on site, manages safety risks, and improves project controls and processes.
