Leads financial strategy for two manufacturing businesses, overseeing cash forecasting, working capital, manufacturing costing, margin management, budgeting, FP&A, capital investment analysis, compliance, controls, and government funding. Builds financial models and decision support, strengthens reporting systems, and develops the finance team. Partners with operations, sales, sourcing, and executive leadership to improve profitability, liquidity, accountability, and data-driven decision-making, with potential progression to VP-level leadership.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates employee learning and development programs across in-person, virtual, and eLearning formats. Responsibilities include instructional design, facilitation, LMS administration, training needs analysis, content development, manager coaching, and measuring learning effectiveness. The role partners with HR, department leaders, and subject matter experts to support employee development, organizational change, and continuous improvement of training programs.

Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio by increasing revenue, retention, and lifetime value. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, meet sales targets, onboard customers, monitor account performance, and maintain accurate Salesforce records. Build stakeholder relationships, provide business solutions, collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, present growth strategies, and conduct client visits when required.

Supervise logistics, warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and material handling operations. Lead and develop warehouse staff, coordinate shipments, maintain inventory and shipment records, monitor performance, improve processes, control costs, and ensure equipment and workplace safety compliance. Operate forklifts as needed and collaborate with production, sales, customer service, and HR to meet delivery and operational objectives.
