Supervise large-format and roll-label print production, leading teams, scheduling work, monitoring quality and productivity, managing materials and equipment, and resolving operational issues. The role includes staffing, training, performance management, preventative maintenance coordination, equipment troubleshooting, safety compliance, and continuous improvement focused on waste reduction, efficiency, and uptime.

Perform accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, audit support, tax compliance, inventory analysis, and cash-flow activities. Develop Power BI dashboards and NetSuite reports, support internal controls and finance digital transformation, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams on process improvements.

Supervise logistics, warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and material handling operations. Lead and develop warehouse staff, coordinate shipments, maintain inventory and shipment records, monitor performance, improve processes, control costs, and ensure equipment and workplace safety compliance. Operate forklifts as needed and collaborate with production, sales, customer service, and HR to meet delivery and operational objectives.
