Perform laundry processing (wash, dry, fold), maintain cleanliness of guest and common areas, restock linens and supplies, operate laundry equipment, follow safety and emergency procedures, provide guest-facing service, complete shift checklists and maintenance work orders, and support the hotel team.

Provide front desk customer service including guest check-in/out, reservations, payments, phone handling, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, managing meeting room bookings, completing shift cash handling and administrative tasks, and maintaining lobby and front desk operations.

Perform preventative and day-to-day maintenance of hotel property and equipment, manage work orders and preventive maintenance documentation, respond to emergencies and be on-call 24/7. Maintain grounds, pool, sports court, meeting rooms, and perform HVAC, plumbing, painting, minor roofing, and safety tasks. Train staff and support hotel operations.
