Lead and provide hands-on RelativityOne eDiscovery technical expertise across the EDRM. Architect defensible workflows, deploy advanced analytics and AI-assisted review, automate processes, support diverse data sources, advise attorneys and case teams, manage vendor relationships, and produce SOPs, training, and quality-controlled productions.

Supervise and coordinate a word processing team supporting attorneys: triage and assign work, prioritize deadlines, monitor workflows and quality, maintain logs and reports (ServiceNow), provide training and performance reviews, handle meeting logistics and shipments, and maintain center operations and supplies. Weekend shift required; provide direct attorney support and act as liaison to other administrative departments.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates M&A practice training for associates. Conducts needs assessments, develops curricula and hands-on content, co-facilitates live and 1:1 trainings, measures effectiveness, and collaborates with practice leaders to align training with strategic goals and market/legal trends.

Assist billing coordinators and attorneys with invoice preparation and processing, review and edit time entries per client guidelines, submit e-bills, resolve rejections/short payments, maintain billing records and special instructions, provide administrative support, and participate in billing strategy and special projects.

Lead communications and visibility strategies for the firm, including media relations, thought leadership, awards, digital content and messaging. Support the Private Funds practice by developing KM strategy, capturing and organizing matter data and precedents, piloting legal technology and AI tools, creating dashboards and reports, training attorneys, and aiding business development and client engagement.

Retrieve, sort, deliver, and obtain signatures for packages and mail; maintain and restock copier and mailing supplies; perform floor rounds; assist with copying, scanning, printing, packing, and occasional local deliveries. Work schedule Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM.

Lead and execute the firm's enterprise IAM strategy and governance. Design and operate identity platforms (AD/Entra ID, SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA), enforce RBAC/least-privilege, manage user lifecycle and PKI, automate provisioning and reviews, remediate IAM risks, support audits/incidents, deliver metrics to leadership, and lead and mentor IAM engineers while participating in on-call incident response.

Lead pricing strategy and partner support by developing fee proposals, budgets, and AFAs; provide financial modeling and pricing insights; manage a team maintaining pricing processes, tools, and databases; drive best practices, process improvements, and client-facing RFP and negotiation support.

Provide senior-level support for Chapter 11 matters from pre-filing through post-confirmation. Prepare and manage filing materials, first-day pleadings, hearing exhibits, dockets and trackers; coordinate with clients, claims/noticing agents, opposing counsel and courts; perform factual and procedural research; assist with schedules, claims reconciliation, solicitation/balloting and case administration; supervise or delegate to junior support; ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines and provide in-court and remote hearing support.
