Provide operational and administrative support for the Boston office, overseeing reception, visitor experience, conference and meeting coordination, vendor management, office supplies, invoice processing, onboarding/offboarding logistics, budget and P&L tracking, and facilities coordination. Manage the firm’s learning management system, including configuration, permissions, content organization, governance, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and system optimization. Lead end-user training, documentation, change management, and support for administrators and learners. Analyze LMS engagement, utilization, and user data to produce actionable business intelligence and improve learning strategy, system performance, and user experience.

Manage day-to-day operations for Houston and Dallas offices, supervise facilities and operations staff, oversee vendors and budgets, run projects and events, ensure health and safety compliance, liaise across teams, and support operational efficiencies.

Lead development and execution of infrastructure security strategy and roadmap across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Support the Client Development & Engagement team with research, competitive analysis, content and website updates, database and CRM management, marketing collateral and directory submissions, event support, and preparation of pitches and presentations. Maintain communications, manage contact data, and collaborate across departments to advance firm client development and branding initiatives.

Support litigation and investigations by performing document review in e-discovery platforms, creating search queries, preparing fact summaries and chronologies, assisting with deposition and witness interview preparation, and communicating findings with supervising attorneys.

Manage high-volume attorney billing for a large law firm: compile and process bills, edit pre-bills, apply retainers, process write-offs, prepare complex and electronic invoices, resolve billing inquiries, create schedules and reports, support collections, attend partner meetings, maintain documentation confidentiality, and assist with special projects and backups.
