Coordinates training, orientations, onboarding, meetings, events, and administrative operations for a legal Research and Insights department. The role develops training materials, promotes research resources, maintains intranet and document repositories, supports workflow improvements, and collaborates with attorneys, researchers, professional development staff, and administrative teams. It requires strong organization, communication, project management, digital technology, and confidentiality skills, with legal or professional services experience preferred.

Leads strategy, operations, transformation, technology, and talent management across a Legal Talent function. Responsibilities include strategic planning, process improvement, project and vendor management, budgeting, data reporting, executive communications, AI and technology transformation, recruiting, onboarding, training, job architecture, and change management. The role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement in a complex professional services environment.
