Provides executive and administrative support to the Global Real Estate & Workplace Strategy function, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting scheduling, correspondence, expense and invoice processing, vendor communication, operational procedures, workplace initiatives, and special projects. The role manages sensitive information, resolves workflow issues, tracks requests, and supports senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Performs staff-level accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger analysis, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, disbursement processing, escrow accounting, online banking transactions, cash reporting, and monthly close activities. The role requires communication with accounting teams, accuracy, organization, and deadline management.
