Develops dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor workload, launch readiness, risks, and performance. Provides day-to-day support for marketing workflow and sales enablement platforms while identifying process improvements and escalating issues.

Leads design and development of fastener installation tools and structural fasteners from concept through validation and production handoff. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, FEA, prototyping, testing, technical documentation, manufacturing support, vendor coordination, and collaboration with product management and marketing. The role also requires leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, supporting intellectual property development, and balancing performance, manufacturability, cost, and schedule.

Manage national retail and co-op accounts across Utah, Idaho, and Montana by growing sales, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating retail programs, analyzing point-of-sale activity, and supporting marketing and merchandising initiatives. Lead product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops while partnering with sales, marketing, product management, and regional teams. Lead North America finance strategy, partnering with executives across operations, sales, manufacturing, and division finance. Evaluate investments, capital allocation, P&L risks, pricing, capacity, and operational initiatives. Standardize financial systems and processes, oversee operations costing and factory finance support, drive finance-system transformation, deliver financial acumen training, and present strategic insights to leadership and the Board. Manage and develop finance employees while improving cost governance, reporting, profitability, and decision-making.

Act as the primary Digital partner for Finance: translate finance needs into digital requirements, build and prioritize intake and roadmap, develop business cases and ROI, track value delivery, improve processes and controls, coordinate with Digital COEs, and support change management and stakeholder alignment.

Create high-quality photorealistic 3D renders and polished 3D animations, assemble shot sequences from storyboards, animate objects, collaborate with engineers and marketing (USA), follow senior guidance, and communicate clearly to meet deadlines.

Support product R&D for anchors, fasteners, and connectors by creating 3D models and prototypes, performing calculations and FEA, coordinating lab testing and DoE, interpreting materials/manufacturing data, and collaborating with global teams to validate and improve designs.

Lead mechanical product R&D for anchors, connectors, fasteners and test devices: design concepts and prototypes, perform FEA and structural calculations, ensure compliance with international standards, coordinate testing and DoE, optimize materials and manufacturing, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with global stakeholders for product validation and continuous improvement.
