Operate and monitor adhesive mixing equipment, prepare and transport raw materials, ensure quality and safety compliance, report deviations, and maintain housekeeping. Support production per work instructions and follow EHS policies.

Create accurate, code-compliant 2D/3D BIM/CAD models from architectural and structural drawings, apply company/client standards, follow QA workflows, collaborate with team and customers, incorporate feedback, track progress in ESP/Smartsheet, and continually develop wood framing and BIM skills.

Provide administrative and technical support for sales and technical functions: process orders, prepare and control documentation, support data entry and reporting, assist scheduling, perform basic quality checks, collaborate across teams, suggest process improvements, and complete training under supervision.
