Handles customer phone inquiries, provides pricing and shipping information, processes orders, resolves customer problems, and offers technical product assistance. The role requires product training, accurate computer order entry, strong communication, customer focus, basic mathematical reasoning, and dependable attendance. It is a full-time office position in Columbus, Ohio, with occasional training-related travel possible.

Provides front desk and reception support while assisting Training and Human Resources with scheduling, meeting room bookings, catering, travel arrangements, events, communications, inventory, vendor coordination, recordkeeping, and general office operations. Serves visitors, employees, and customers professionally, maintains a welcoming workplace, and supports meetings, training sessions, and departmental initiatives.

Designs and develops scalable cloud-native APIs and services using C# and ASP.NET Core on Microsoft Azure. The role modernizes legacy desktop applications into distributed, service-oriented solutions, implements secure and observable systems, and contributes to architecture, testing, CI/CD, Agile delivery, and engineering best practices. Responsibilities also include mentoring engineers, participating in code and design reviews, and supporting platform modernization initiatives.
