Identify, engage, and qualify inbound and outbound prospects through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach. Manage inbound leads, generate pipeline, communicate product value, uncover prospect needs, and meet monthly quotas for sales accepted and sales qualified opportunities. The role requires persistence, strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and the ability to learn and effectively present the product.

Own Simpplr’s paid acquisition strategy and performance across search, LinkedIn, display, and ABM channels. Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, creative, landing page optimization, experimentation, reporting, and pipeline attribution. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Web, Design, and Content teams to drive qualified enterprise, commercial, and SMB pipeline. Use Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and financial modeling to optimize ROI, CAC, and revenue contribution.

Own the technical win for complex enterprise SaaS deals from discovery through close. Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, tailored demos, proof-of-concept builds, AI agent integrations, and RFP/RFI responses. Architect integrations using APIs and MCP, explain AI concepts and business value to executive audiences, support competitive positioning, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering. Represent the company through webinars, conferences, and technical content.

Lead the architecture and production implementation of real-time multilingual Voice AI systems. Build streaming ASR, TTS, voice pipelines, conversational agents, enterprise integrations, workflow execution, security, compliance, human handoff, evaluation, and observability. Optimize performance across noisy environments, accents, languages, PSTN, and mobile audio. Establish platform standards, production readiness, and technical direction while mentoring engineers and leading design reviews.
