Provides direct virtual lactation consultation and maternal health support to prenatal and postpartum patients. Conducts assessments, reviews medical histories, delivers education, develops individualized care plans, documents encounters, coordinates referrals, and schedules follow-ups. Maintains clinical compliance, HIPAA standards, and scope of practice while using telehealth and electronic medical record systems.

Leads the full healthcare revenue cycle, including billing, coding, claims, denials, appeals, accounts receivable, cash posting, forecasting, and payer relationships. Owns Candid Health configuration, the Healthie EHR billing migration, data integrity, reporting, and legacy claim resolution. Develops the RCM team, improves revenue-cycle metrics, and establishes scalable processes for a growing digital health company.

Provides remote maternal and perinatal clinical care through telehealth, including lactation assessments, infant-feeding support, remote monitoring, maternal mental-health screening, education, care planning, documentation, referrals, and follow-up coordination. The provider conducts virtual evaluations, makes clinical decisions within scope and protocol, manages EHR documentation, and supports pregnant and postpartum patients with evidence-based care.

Manage healthcare insurance accounts receivable from claim submission through final resolution. Responsibilities include payer follow-up, denial and rejection resolution, corrected claims, appeals, payment posting, reconciliation of ERAs and EOBs, unapplied cash research, AR aging reporting, and patient billing support. The role requires identifying reimbursement issues, improving workflows, and collaborating with RCM, finance, clinical, and product teams in a remote environment.
