Provides virtual lactation consultation and maternal health support to prenatal and postpartum patients. Conducts patient histories, virtual evaluations, mental health assessments, education, care planning, referrals, follow-up scheduling, and same-day clinical documentation. Works independently within clinical protocols, scope of practice, HIPAA, and healthcare compliance standards while using electronic medical records and secure video platforms.

Provides direct virtual lactation consultation and maternal health support to prenatal and postpartum patients. Conducts assessments, reviews medical histories, delivers education, develops individualized care plans, documents encounters, coordinates referrals, and schedules follow-ups. Maintains clinical compliance, HIPAA standards, and scope of practice while using telehealth and electronic medical record systems.
