Lead production reliability for cloud-hosted applications, owning cloud systems and automation. Design/manage cloud networking, implement IaC and CI/CD pipelines, provide Tier-3 incident response and RCA, and mentor engineers to ensure scalable, secure platform operations.

The Staff Platform Engineer owns the technical strategy and delivery of the operational platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability.

Maintain and harden Windows-based control system infrastructure for mission operations: triage escalations, validate patches in lab environments, implement STIGs, troubleshoot OS-to-application failures, and produce runbooks to improve NOC operations and system resilience.

Serve as the primary diagnostic expert in the NOC to monitor and resolve complex cross-domain network, OS, and identity issues using DataDog and Splunk. Execute and maintain runbooks, perform CLI operations (Linux/PowerShell), troubleshoot AD/Okta and Cisco configurations, gather telemetry for escalations, document fixes, write basic automation to reduce toil, and communicate clearly during mission-critical outages.

Lead production reliability and technical ownership of cloud-hosted systems. Design, deploy, and automate cloud networking, security, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. Act as Tier 3 escalation, perform RCA, reduce operational toil, and mentor engineers while partnering on system-level design.

Provide frontline user engagement and training for the IROC platform: run 1-on-1 workflow training, audit workflows via interviews, maintain documentation and FAQs, foster multi-facility community engagement, and ensure dashboard data accuracy following deployments. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Program teams to translate complex visualizations into actionable playbooks and measure user impact.

Operate and scale hybrid edge-to-cloud infrastructure: manage RKE2 Kubernetes edge clusters, harden container images, automate CI/CD with GitHub Actions, provision AWS via CloudFormation, instrument SLOs in Splunk, and lead on-prem replication and customer facility onboarding to ensure secure, high-availability data pipelines.

Lead strategy execution for the Installation Resilience Platform by translating strategic requirements into actionable initiatives, managing cross-functional proposals and projects, tracking risks and progress, supporting sales motions, coordinating dependencies, and representing the company to customers and partners.
