Conduct code and design reviews, mentor engineers, and lead infrastructure automation improvements.

Designs and implements software-driven network automation, infrastructure-as-code, and configuration-driven workflows for hybrid-cloud customer environments. Develops Linux and network appliance automation, provisioning, secure connectivity, validation, monitoring, and sustainment processes. Applies zero-trust security, network segmentation, and access controls. Creates technical designs and documentation, improves engineering standards, conducts code and design reviews, and mentors junior and mid-level engineers.

Lead production reliability for cloud-hosted applications, owning cloud systems and automation. Design/manage cloud networking, implement IaC and CI/CD pipelines, provide Tier-3 incident response and RCA, and mentor engineers to ensure scalable, secure platform operations.

Automate, harden, and deploy security tooling across hybrid IT/OT environments. Build and maintain IaC, automate identity and access, embed security into CI/CD, implement Zero Trust segmentation, manage secure software supply chain, and collaborate with platform and security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and scale secure deployments.

Act as the technical escalation point for the NOC and Support Desk, lead incident response for hybrid cloud/on‑prem systems, troubleshoot AWS networking and Cisco switches, tune Splunk/DataDog observability, write operational runbooks, and mentor System Specialists to improve support workflows and resiliency.

Lead delivery of the Insights capability by translating strategic vision into ready-to-build engineering plans, refining backlogs, unblocking engineering teams, sequencing work to meet contract commitments, enforcing quality gates, mentoring staff, and aligning cross-functional technical solutions to enable actionable intelligence and high-quality user experiences.
