Provides NOC and hybrid infrastructure support across AWS GovCloud, Cisco networks, operating systems, and identity platforms. Troubleshoots incidents, triages tickets, monitors DataDog and Splunk, manages Active Directory and Okta access, executes remediation scripts, communicates with technical and nontechnical users, and improves runbooks and automation. Requires 5+ years of NOC, IT operations, or systems support experience, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain IAT Level II certification.

Build and maintain resilient, containerized NodeJS ETL applications that extract operational technology data, translate it into a common model, and load it into PostgreSQL and AWS RDS. Integrate legacy and modern protocols, troubleshoot production connectivity issues, write thoroughly tested code, and collaborate on shared tooling. Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes, CloudFormation, and Ansible while supporting reliable data flows from edge environments to the cloud.

Leads the design, deployment, operation, and support of distributed AWS cloud network infrastructure and hybrid on-premises connectivity. Owns VPCs, subnets, transit gateways, routing, security controls, and scalable network topologies. Builds resilient deployments using infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and configuration automation; troubleshoots complex incidents, performs root cause analysis, and implements long-term fixes. Provides technical guidance, contributes hands-on engineering work, mentors teammates, and supports secure, reliable, cost-effective platform delivery.
