Build and maintain IaC, automate identity and access, embed security into CI/CD, implement Zero Trust segmentation, manage secure software supply chain, and collaborate with platform and security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and scale secure deployments.

Act as the technical escalation point for the NOC and Support Desk, lead incident response for hybrid cloud/on‑prem systems, troubleshoot AWS networking and Cisco switches, tune Splunk/DataDog observability, write operational runbooks, and mentor System Specialists to improve support workflows and resiliency.

Lead delivery of the Insights capability by translating strategic vision into ready-to-build engineering plans, refining backlogs, unblocking engineering teams, sequencing work to meet contract commitments, enforcing quality gates, mentoring staff, and aligning cross-functional technical solutions to enable actionable intelligence and high-quality user experiences.
