Supervise export/import dock operations and up to 50 associates in a logistics distribution environment. Plan daily workflows, assign work, monitor production and service metrics, train employees, enforce safety standards, manage performance and discipline, and improve operating efficiency. The role requires port-related cargo expertise, including transloading, cross-docking, container stuffing and stripping, export shipments, and specialized material-handling equipment.

Supervises up to 35–50 warehouse associates in a logistics distribution environment. Plans daily workflows, assigns work, monitors productivity and service levels, coaches employees, coordinates training, maintains operational metrics, enforces safety, supports discipline and attendance decisions, and improves warehouse efficiency. Ensures customer workload requirements, production standards, documentation, and performance goals are met.
