The role oversees multiple work areas, ensures documentation and workload accuracy, protects inventory, and communicates staffing and policy issues to the Operations Manager.

Manage high-volume light-industrial recruiting: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; build pipelines; run ad campaigns; attend job fairs; maintain ATS and compliance; collaborate with hiring managers and operations; perform community outreach and occasional travel across Texas.
