Supervise 35–50 warehouse associates, organize daily logistics workflows, meet order-volume and service targets, coordinate training, coach performance, maintain operational metrics, enforce safety, manage discipline and attendance matters, and improve warehouse efficiency. The role oversees multiple work areas, ensures documentation and workload accuracy, protects inventory, and communicates staffing and policy issues to the Operations Manager.

Manage high-volume light-industrial recruiting: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; build pipelines; run ad campaigns; attend job fairs; maintain ATS and compliance; collaborate with hiring managers and operations; perform community outreach and occasional travel across Texas.
