The Physician Account Representative builds relationships with physicians and healthcare providers, promoting imaging services and improving patient access to diagnostic care through effective sales strategies.

Perform high-quality CT procedures per physician orders and protocols, operate and troubleshoot GE/Siemens/Philips CT systems, manage PACS/RIS imaging workflows, ensure radiation safety (ALARA), provide patient identification, history review, contrast administration and emergency response, mentor students, and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Perform full-spectrum diagnostic ultrasound exams (abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, vascular), produce high-quality images, document in PACS/RIS/EMR, manage workflow independently, provide patient-centered care, participate in QA and mentoring, and maintain protocol compliance.

Perform high-quality CT procedures per physician orders and protocols, manage workflow independently, operate and troubleshoot GE/Siemens/Philips CT scanners, use PACS/RIS and digital image processing, administer contrast safely, follow ALARA radiation safety, provide patient care and documentation, and mentor students.

Operate PET and nuclear medicine imaging, ensure patient safety and comfort, administer radiopharmaceuticals per radiologist protocols, perform QA and equipment checks, supervise/schedule NM/PET staff, maintain certifications and regulatory compliance, complete administrative duties.

Oversee daily operations for one or more imaging sites, optimizing scheduling, patient flow, front office, staffing, compliance, and financial controls. Lead and develop teams, use data to drive utilization and performance, resolve operational disruptions, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure timely, high-quality, patient-centered care.

Verify insurance coverage, obtain pre-certifications, and financial/clinical clear patients for diagnostic imaging. Communicate with patients and payers, coordinate with schedulers and clinical staff, and ensure documentation accuracy to prevent denials and delays.

The Remote Radiologist interprets diagnostic imaging studies remotely, delivering timely reports and collaborating virtually with clinicians while upholding HIPAA standards.
