Verify insurance coverage, obtain pre-certifications and authorizations, perform financial and clinical reviews, schedule diagnostic exams, communicate with patients and payers, document data accurately, and collaborate with clinical, scheduling, and financial teams to ensure timely patient access.

Perform comprehensive ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, pelvic, OB/GYN, small-parts, and vascular studies. Produce optimized, diagnostically complete images; document findings in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems; and maintain accurate clinical histories. Provide compassionate patient care, manage workflows independently in a high-volume outpatient setting, maintain clean equipment and exam areas, participate in quality assurance and continuing education, and mentor students or new staff.

Performs abdominal, pelvic, OB/GYN, small-parts, and vascular ultrasound exams in a high-volume outpatient setting. Produces diagnostically complete images, optimizes scans, documents findings in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems, and supports patient comfort and communication. Maintains equipment and exam areas, participates in quality assurance and continuing education, mentors students and new staff, and follows clinical protocols and safety standards.
