Welcome and assist museum guests by staffing ticketing and bookstore sales, leading tours, supporting group reservations and events, coordinating with security for group movement, handling visitor inquiries, and helping with daily museum operations and special projects.

Lead statewide implementation of the Hawaiʻi Mobile Museum of Tolerance: manage daily operations, staff, scheduling, logistics, partnerships, outreach, data tracking, evaluation, grant reporting, and community engagement while honoring Hawaiʻi's cultural context.

Consult with the Mobile Museum of Tolerance to develop Hawaiʻi-specific, place-based curriculum on identity, bias, media literacy, and civic responsibility. Advise on culturally grounded pedagogy, draft and review curriculum modules and case studies, ensure accurate use of ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi and cultural concepts, workshop materials with educators, and help integrate local stories, primary sources, and community voices into programming that aligns with Hawaiʻi Department of Education standards.

Lead facilitator for the Hawaiʻi Mobile Museum of Tolerance delivering workshops for students, educators, and community audiences. Facilitate dialogue-based learning on Holocaust, antisemitism, media literacy, civic engagement, and culturally responsive place-based education; build community partnerships; support program development, evaluation, and educator professional learning across the Hawaiian Islands.

Lead digital strategy and execution across social, email, web, and paid media for multiple organizational brands. Oversee content production, audience growth, paid campaigns, analytics, website UX, and cross-departmental collaboration to support fundraising, education, advocacy, museum attendance, and global mission.

Facilitate Mobile Museum of Tolerance programs and workshops for K-12 students and community groups across Florida. Travel statewide with the mobile museum, run on-site and in-school sessions, respond to visit requests, assist with lesson plans and teacher guides, collect and analyze visit data, and support continuous improvement and community relationships.

Lead operational management and quality of on-site guided experiences at the Museum of Tolerance. Supervise, recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate part-time tour guides and facilitators; design facilitator training and certification; oversee tour operations for ~100 weekly experiences; collaborate cross-functionally to align content, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement of visitor engagement and facilitation quality.

Manage accounting and financial tracking for capital construction projects and media productions: reconcile project costs, analyze budgets, monitor invoices/change orders, ensure grant compliance, prepare reports, support year-end close, and assist with capitalization and audit-ready documentation.

Provide enterprise-wide corporate finance leadership: evaluate and structure deals and partnerships, lead financing transactions and negotiations, perform capital planning and financial modeling, support affiliated entities (Museum of Tolerance, Moriah Media, Social Action), strengthen financial controls and processes, partner with legal and development, and advise executive leadership on long-term strategic finance and sustainability.
