Facilitate Mobile Museum of Tolerance programs and workshops for K-12 students and community groups across Florida. Travel statewide with the mobile museum, run on-site and in-school sessions, respond to visit requests, assist with lesson plans and teacher guides, collect and analyze visit data, and support continuous improvement and community relationships.

Lead operational management and quality of on-site guided experiences at the Museum of Tolerance. Supervise, recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate part-time tour guides and facilitators; design facilitator training and certification; oversee tour operations for ~100 weekly experiences; collaborate cross-functionally to align content, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement of visitor engagement and facilitation quality.

Manage accounting and financial tracking for capital construction projects and media productions: reconcile project costs, analyze budgets, monitor invoices/change orders, ensure grant compliance, prepare reports, support year-end close, and assist with capitalization and audit-ready documentation.

Manage planning, coordination, and execution of organization-wide communications and public affairs projects. Develop project plans, timelines, and workflows; coordinate cross-functional teams, media opportunities, executive communications, events, vendors, and reporting. Maintain project systems, budgets, and editorial calendars while supporting crisis communications and senior leadership messaging.

Provide enterprise-wide corporate finance leadership: evaluate and structure deals and partnerships, lead financing transactions and negotiations, perform capital planning and financial modeling, support affiliated entities (Museum of Tolerance, Moriah Media, Social Action), strengthen financial controls and processes, partner with legal and development, and advise executive leadership on long-term strategic finance and sustainability.
