Set forecasts and individual objectives, enforce CRM usage, conduct sales meetings, train staff, oversee prospecting, support deal closing, manage inventory and vehicle appraisals, maintain lot presentation, review performance reports, and ensure compliance with legal and information security requirements.

Appraise and acquire used vehicles from service customers to grow dealership inventory. Provide prompt, courteous customer service, coordinate with Sales and Service teams, and maintain professional appearance and teamwork in a dynamic schedule.
