Develop and enhance Amazon Connect contact center flows, backend services, and React interfaces using AWS, Python, Node.js, and JavaScript. Perform manual, integration, API, and end-to-end testing; track defects and ensure security, scalability, and cost efficiency. Provide L2/L3 production support, monitor AWS environments, troubleshoot incidents, and document fixes. Participate in infrastructure-as-code deployments, CI/CD, and on-call support activities.

Leads QA strategy, automation framework architecture, and testing for enterprise web, mobile, API, retail, and POS applications. Builds Playwright-based E2E frameworks, integrates CI/CD, validates APIs and databases, oversees test execution and defect triage, and mentors QA teams. Drives the use of Claude and other generative AI tools for test generation, coverage analysis, debugging, refactoring, and maintenance. Partners with engineering and business stakeholders to support quality, release readiness, and enterprise delivery.

Leads security operations through detection engineering, SIEM and EDR monitoring, threat hunting, incident investigation, containment, and high-severity incident command. Tunes detection rules, investigates phishing and business email compromise, develops automated playbooks, documents cases, and tracks SOC metrics. The role supports continuous improvement, cross-functional coordination, and 24/7 SOC operations while applying threat intelligence and MITRE ATT&CK techniques.
