Owns Simbe’s product data management and Arena PLM administration for robotic hardware programs. Responsibilities include authoring and driving ECOs, MCOs, and deviations through approval; maintaining item masters, BOMs, approved vendor lists, part lifecycles, and documentation integrity; enforcing revision, numbering, and change-control standards; and coordinating implementation with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.

Own Simbe’s financial model, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, Board and investor reporting, and fundraising support. Partner with executives and operating leaders to improve business performance, cost discipline, and decision-making. Lead Planful adoption, financial systems integration, reporting automation, and AI-enabled finance workflows while building an IPO-ready FP&A function.

Own production-grade analytics pipelines from design through maintenance, build dbt-based analytical models using Kimball dimensional modeling, and deliver reliable data features. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate retail signals into business insights. Establish standards for monitoring, documentation, reproducibility, and code quality. Use AI tools to accelerate development and prototype conversational data experiences for natural-language retail data exploration.

Own and scale the company’s analytics infrastructure, including BigQuery data warehouses, dbt data marts, external data exchange, DataOps, data quality, governance, security, and cloud cost optimization. Partner with application database teams, analytics engineers, and data scientists to enable reliable metrics and scalable client data delivery.

Supports repair-center logistics for autonomous retail robots, including refurbishing, shipment preparation, inbound and outbound tracking, inventory management, cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and parts returns. Uses Jira and tracking reports to coordinate robot swaps and deliveries with logistics partners. Ensures shipping and customs compliance, physically handles robots and inventory, and recommends process improvements. The role is locally based and requires warehouse and logistics experience.

As a Senior Robotics Software Engineer, you will maintain and improve the Tally software stack, develop new software packages, enhance autonomy and navigation, and assist in DevOps and CI/CD processes.

As a Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain the Tally software stack, enhance robot navigation and autonomy, and support CI/CD processes.

Investigate and resolve customer issues across robotic and software systems using diagnostics, telemetry, logs, and monitoring tools. Reproduce problems, identify root causes, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations, and document findings. Build scripts, automations, and AI-assisted workflows to improve investigation efficiency. Identify systemic issues, contribute to runbooks and escalation procedures, and help scale support operations.

Build, train, evaluate, and deploy production computer vision models (detection, segmentation, OCR, barcode decoding, visual search). Own dataset quality, tooling, model releases, inference exports, and monitoring. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve model performance, robustness, and deployment for retail robotics and edge environments.

Lead design, integration, and optimization of production robot perception pipelines (detection, segmentation, depth, tracking, SLAM). Bridge computer vision and robot autonomy, optimize real-time inference on edge GPUs, debug field failures, define system benchmarks, and provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams.

Own and improve annotation systems, workflows, and tooling to produce high-quality training data. Build Python and web tools, integrate model-assisted labeling and active learning, implement data quality checks, support dataset versioning and evaluation, and coordinate cross-team efforts to measure and improve annotation throughput and model impact.

The Engineering Leader will oversee software and data teams, ensuring product delivery and operational excellence in robotics and IoT systems.
