Reproduce problems, identify root causes, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations, and document findings. Build scripts, automations, and AI-assisted workflows to improve investigation efficiency. Identify systemic issues, contribute to runbooks and escalation procedures, and help scale support operations.

Manage the full deployment lifecycle for retail locations, coordinating installation, network setup, configurations, and troubleshooting, while building automation and ensuring quality.

Build, train, evaluate, and deploy production computer vision models (detection, segmentation, OCR, barcode decoding, visual search). Own dataset quality, tooling, model releases, inference exports, and monitoring. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve model performance, robustness, and deployment for retail robotics and edge environments.
