Part-time shop assistant responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting store operations, meeting sales targets, providing product knowledge, assisting with opening/closing, stock takes and store launches, and maintaining professional standards and teamwork.

The Paid Media & Marketing Analyst drives customer acquisition, retention, and revenue using paid and owned digital channels. Responsibilities include working with paid partners, CRM, BI and Tech to track and report marketing KPIs, develop data-driven customer segments and personalization, manage affiliate partnerships, support campaign/content creation, and assist budget planning and performance reporting to meet sales and traffic targets.

Own UCOOK's digital platforms (website, payments, billing, logistics, pick-and-pack), define the product roadmap, scope and prioritise work, manage tickets and sprints, ensure QA, liaise between business, tech and marketing, analyse customer behaviour, and build AI tools/processes to improve efficiency.

Lead frozen and market NPD, in-house production, and food safety. Develop and cost recipes, validate production processes, manage suppliers, ensure regulatory compliance (HACCP/GMP), lead production team, and drive frozen range revenue while reporting KPIs and managing the NPD & Technical team.

Lead paid and owned digital marketing to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. Manage partnerships, affiliate programs, and cross-functional projects with CRM, BI, Tech and CS teams. Define KPIs, track performance and ROI, support campaign and content strategy, manage budgets, and lead strategic initiatives like loyalty programs.

Provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll and weekly wages administration, HRIS and record upkeep, performance and disciplinary support, legislative submissions, reporting, and ad-hoc HR projects. Partner with managers to implement HR strategy and support operational people issues in assigned business areas.

Own and execute Meta and TikTok ad strategy for multiple consumer brands. Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to hit KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR), run A/B tests, collaborate with creative and organic teams, align with other paid channels, and deliver performance reports and insights.
