Handles administrative tasks, supports communication between residents and staff, maintains confidentiality, manages concerns, and creates a welcoming, professional front desk environment during overnight shifts.

Leads front-of-house dining operations in a senior living community. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling dining servers while maintaining high service standards. The role works Tuesday through Saturday and reports to the Dining Director.

Provides personal training and group fitness instruction, including aquatic exercise, for senior residents and special populations. Develops individualized wellness and fitness programs, improves members’ stamina and workout efficiency, and supports overall well-being and customer satisfaction. The role requires experience in land- and water-based training and a bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or Exercise/Fitness.

Leads marketing strategy, community visibility, brand awareness, relationship development, and lead generation for a senior living community. Builds connections with families, healthcare professionals, referral sources, organizations, businesses, and influencers to attract new residents. Also promotes community values and care standards while supervising activities in a housing, assisted living, or senior services environment.
