Own portfolio marketing execution: manage partner network and agencies, run multi-channel campaigns, build and roll out Growth Playbook modules, maintain performance dashboards, translate data into optimizations, and drive marketing-generated pipeline across operating companies.

Design, implement, test, and operate customer-focused web, API, and IoT software using TypeScript/React/Node.js. Contribute to Strata47 platform architecture, integrate with third-party APIs (Salesforce, Microsoft Graph, ERP), deploy cloud/serverless services, use AI-assisted tools responsibly, participate in agile processes, and support cross-portfolio technology initiatives.

Manage the full customer lifecycle from lead intake through order fulfillment, including quoting, order entry, CRM/ERP data maintenance, account support, logistics coordination, cross-functional issue resolution, and identifying upsell opportunities while gathering Voice of Customer feedback to improve products and processes.

Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment (including Haas CNC) to transform raw and WIP materials into finished parts per blueprints and GD&T. Perform program loading/verification, precision measuring, in-process and first-article inspections, basic preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement activities while meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Lead hardware product roadmap and full lifecycle management for bicycle parking, security, and integrated electrical/connected systems. Align cross-functional teams, translate customer insights into product strategy, own pricing/P&L, support engineering changes, and drive go-to-market, supply chain, and standards participation to grow revenue and market share.

Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails to qualify leads, build customer and partner relationships, maintain CRM, demonstrate products, upsell, close sales, and meet targets while collaborating with internal teams.
