The role requires strong communication, organization, phone and cold-calling skills, accurate data entry, and on-site collaboration at the Monroe, Washington headquarters.

Lead hardware-focused product roadmap for bicycle parking and transport solutions, integrating mechanical, electrical, and connected systems. Drive full product lifecycle, market research, pricing, P&L, cross-functional alignment, customer support, trade shows, and supply chain partnerships to grow market share and customer value.

Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment (including Haas CNC) to transform raw and WIP materials into finished parts per blueprints and GD&T. Perform program loading/verification, precision measuring, in-process and first-article inspections, basic preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement activities while meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards.
