Owns full-cycle accounting across a parent company and portfolio entities, including monthly close, GAAP-compliant reporting, general ledger management, reconciliations, tax filings, internal controls, consolidation, and acquisition integration. Directs the accounting team, coordinates with external CPAs, develops standard operating procedures, and uses automation and AI tools to improve accuracy and close efficiency.

Build customer and reseller relationships, provide product guidance and pre-sales support, process orders and invoices, report sales operations data, coordinate technical issue resolution, gather customer feedback, and improve customer-facing processes. The role requires strong communication, organization, phone and cold-calling skills, accurate data entry, and on-site collaboration at the Monroe, Washington headquarters.

Lead hardware-focused product roadmap for bicycle parking and transport solutions, integrating mechanical, electrical, and connected systems. Drive full product lifecycle, market research, pricing, P&L, cross-functional alignment, customer support, trade shows, and supply chain partnerships to grow market share and customer value.
