The Clinical Educator is a registered nurse who facilitates quality activities to enhance clinical practice, prioritizing based on patient and organizational needs.

Provides professional nursing care for assigned cardiac care patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment. This registry role works 12-hour shifts in the Cardiac Care Unit and requires an Illinois RN license and CPR certification.

Perform detailed chart reviews to abstract, validate, and report clinical data for regulatory, accreditation, and quality improvement purposes. Generate and analyze quality reports and dashboards, maintain mandated portals, support measure selection, identify documentation/process improvements, and collaborate with clinical and IT teams to ensure accurate, timely submissions.
