Manage subcontractor lifecycles, supplier qualification and audits, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, operational procurement, supplier performance, material availability, and procurement process improvement. Collaborate with quality, engineering, planning, and production teams while ensuring aerospace standards and regulatory compliance. Maintain supplier data in ERP/MRP systems and support cross-functional initiatives, with potential progression into team leadership.

Coordinates client projects from initial request through delivery, translating requirements into team briefs, setting goals and deadlines, tracking production progress, identifying risks, and supporting sales activities. The role also contributes to process improvements and represents the company at occasional international trade fairs and client meetings. It requires strong organization, communication, negotiation, English, Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to travel.

Lead IT and software projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, development teams, and client communications. The role requires at least five years of IT or software project management experience, Agile or Scrum experience, fluent English, and strong organizational and communication skills.
