Leads budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, cost optimization, compliance, cash flow, and working capital management. Partners with Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations. Oversees financial process improvements, internal controls, reporting accuracy, and Finance team development while supporting profitability and long-term growth.

Maintains accounting records and ledgers; processes bank activity, customer payments, accounts receivable, accounts payable invoices, vendor payments, and expense reports. Performs three-way invoice matching, reconciliations, month-end accruals, general ledger entries, and fixed asset register maintenance. Communicates with customers, lenders, suppliers, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and delinquencies while supporting daily, monthly, and annual accounting activities.

Manage and grow strategic global customer accounts in the packaging industry. Responsibilities include developing account growth plans, identifying new business, conducting consultative sales, negotiating complex commercial agreements, forecasting in Salesforce, and coordinating with procurement, R&D, marketing, supply chain, innovation, design, operations, and executive stakeholders through commercialization.
