Support manufacturing operations by applying statistical tools (SPC, DOE), performing dimensional inspections, developing inspection methods and gauging, leading corrective actions and continuous improvement projects, automating inspection processes, and ensuring SQF/quality system compliance.

Supervise night-shift production operations ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and resource control. Train and assign employees, maintain equipment and standards, review reports, investigate incidents, and drive SPC-based continuous improvements.

Operate and maintain lift trucks and yard trucks, perform daily OSHA inspections and documentation, charge/refuel equipment safely, run the palletizer, assist with cycle counts and inventory, perform quality product checks, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and follow verbal and written shipping/documentation instructions.
