Operate and adjust sheet metal stackers and related equipment, remove and clean stacked metal, visually inspect coated and sheet metal for defects, record production and SPC data, perform quality checks, match coating colors to standards, and follow plant food safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Support extrusion blow molding operations by developing processes, performing factory acceptance tests, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, training staff, running startup trials, using measurement/test equipment, and applying statistical methods to improve safety, quality, and production performance across multiple plant locations.

Lead and develop multiple manufacturing plants through frequent site engagement, coaching plant managers, driving safety, quality, productivity, OEE improvements, cost reduction, capital planning, and cross-functional coordination with sales and technology to support growth and profitability.
