Plant Controller responsible for financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, accounting operations, cash management, credit and collections, controls, audits, compliance, and process improvement. The role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, manages financial results and projections, supports investment decisions, and leads, trains, and develops accounting staff at the Wilson, North Carolina facility.

Leads plant operations accounting, including month-end close, cost accounting, inventory control, variance analysis, financial reporting, and internal controls. Manages and develops the accounting team, partners with plant and corporate stakeholders, supports audits, maintains accounting procedures, and drives process consistency across manufacturing sites. The role requires strong manufacturing cost accounting expertise, ERP and Excel proficiency, and experience managing accounting operations in a multi-site environment.

Manage large-scale capital engineering projects across multiple manufacturing facilities from concept through completion. Responsibilities include project scheduling, budgeting, vendor and contractor coordination, equipment and system installations, financial tracking, stakeholder communication, and ensuring on-time, under-budget delivery. The role also supports continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives while requiring extensive travel between manufacturing sites.
