Lead and grow a Product Development team while driving customer programs, new product development, and product launches. The role initially combines group leadership with Senior Product Manager responsibilities.

Owns product planning and coordination from order through delivery in a MEMS manufacturing environment. The role manages production flow, WIP, on-time delivery, product quality, customer and partner communication, and cross-functional coordination. It also leads projects, process improvements, product ownership activities, and development of planning and WIP management tools. Candidates need an engineering master’s degree, project management experience, technical manufacturing knowledge, and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Develop, maintain, and improve lithography processes for MEMS fabrication. Manage process documentation, production batches, equipment qualification, new product launches, equipment uptime, and standardized process modules. Collaborate with process integration engineers, internal teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements. The role requires strong problem-solving, documentation, quality management, communication, and teamwork skills, along with a relevant engineering master’s degree.

Manage product and batch processes for high-volume MEMS production. Monitor yield, lead product improvement initiatives, troubleshoot process issues, optimize integration solutions with production and process engineering teams, maintain production documentation, and improve internal systems. The role requires strong problem-solving, precision, quality focus, communication, and collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Develop, maintain, qualify, and improve wet-process manufacturing operations for MEMS production. Responsibilities include resolving stopped batches, supporting new product and equipment startups, creating operator training routines, improving tool uptime, standardizing process modules, managing documentation, and independently driving workflow and process improvement projects. The role collaborates with product managers, process integration engineers, operators, and service technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Design and optimize wafer layouts for MEMS products using CAD tools, ensuring customer designs comply with manufacturing design rules. Maintain design guidelines and documentation, propose manufacturability improvements, engage with customers on design topics, and collaborate with Product Managers to meet product specifications. The role requires a relevant master’s degree and professional MEMS, IC, or PCB design experience, with MEMS production experience strongly preferred.

Develops and executes electrical, optical, and mechanical test systems for MEMS products from prototypes through high-volume manufacturing. Responsibilities include test automation, instrumentation configuration, wafer- and die-level testing, data analysis, troubleshooting, fixture development, documentation, and improving throughput, measurement accuracy, yield, and reliability in cleanroom and laboratory environments.

Lead MEMS product development projects from concept through prototype delivery. Evaluate customer designs for manufacturability, define fabrication process flows and recipes, coordinate CAD and process experts, analyze results using SEM, troubleshoot technical issues, manage timelines and risks, and serve as the technical interface with customers. The role combines hands-on cleanroom work, microfabrication expertise, and project leadership.
