Lead and grow a Product Development team while driving customer programs, new product development, and product launches. Responsibilities include resource planning, coaching, technical and commercial support, customer relationship management, escalation handling, and ensuring delivery quality, customer satisfaction, technical excellence, and profitability. The role initially combines group leadership with Senior Product Manager responsibilities.

Owns product planning and coordination from order through delivery in a MEMS manufacturing environment. The role manages production flow, WIP, on-time delivery, product quality, customer and partner communication, and cross-functional coordination. It also leads projects, process improvements, product ownership activities, and development of planning and WIP management tools. Candidates need an engineering master’s degree, project management experience, technical manufacturing knowledge, and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Develop, maintain, and improve lithography processes for MEMS fabrication. Manage process documentation, production batches, equipment qualification, new product launches, equipment uptime, and standardized process modules. Collaborate with process integration engineers, internal teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements. The role requires strong problem-solving, documentation, quality management, communication, and teamwork skills, along with a relevant engineering master’s degree.
