Teams at Signzy

Manages strategic enterprise accounts across banking, BFSI, fintech, and B2B SaaS. Serves as the post-sales technical and functional contact, supports onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, escalations, delivery coordination, product adoption, renewals, retention, and account expansion. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation, Support, and Compliance teams while monitoring account health, preparing reviews and reports, and driving customer value realization.

Deploys and operates Signzy’s platform across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid client environments. Responsibilities include client-facing technical support, incident management, root cause analysis, Kubernetes and container troubleshooting, CI/CD and infrastructure automation, monitoring, performance optimization, documentation, and production support. The role collaborates with engineering and support teams, maintains reliability and security, and participates in on-call rotations while supporting regulated financial-services clients.

Design, implement, and execute automated tests for software products using tools such as Java, TestNG, Playwright, Appium, Selenium, and REST Assured. Analyze test results, report defects, participate in code reviews, improve test automation infrastructure, and collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to support reliable software releases.
